HOW DO I ORDER A VIDEO?
Go to the “Video Order Forms” page and click on the event you are interested in. Fill out the form and click on submit via email or fax.
HOW DO I ORDER PHOTOS?
Go to the “Photo Gallery” tab and create an account by clicking on “Register Here”. Once you have registered, you will have received a confirmation email. When you have logged onto our website, select the event you are looking for from the drop down box.
HOW MUCH DOES A VIDEO COST?
Video prices can be found on the video order form.
HOW MUCH ARE PHOTOS?
Once you have saved a photo to your shopping cart, click on “Shopping Cart”, and the prices will be listed on the right hand side of the photo.
HOW DO I ORDER ALL THE PHOTOS FROM ONE ROUTINE? (Pertains to Dance Power and Peak Invitational Events Only)
Save the first image of the routine to your shopping cart. Once you are in your cart, select “Photo Routine”, and click on “Update”.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL PHOTOS AFTER I’VE PLACED MY ORDER?
Once we receive your digital photo order, we review the images before they are emailed or sent via Dropbox to your email address. We are currently at multiple events and will send them to you as soon as we can.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VIDEO ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?
Digital Video orders take 2-4 weeks to process and DVD/Bluray orders take 3-8 weeks to process.
WHAT IF I NEED MY VIDEO SOONER?
A rush fee of $15 is available and can be selected on your video order form.
